Who are you?

As a design manager at our client, you play a central role as a link between project development and production. The role involves leading and coordinating the design work to ensure that the project's requirements and goals are met.

As a design manager, you participate in the project's early design phase and are responsible for planning, managing, and distributing design tasks throughout the construction project until handover to the end customer. You participate in the procurement of subcontractors and consultants, prepare risk and opportunity analyses, and ensure that the design complies with applicable legislation.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in the role

• Experience in designing local adaptations, offices, and other renovation projects

• Relevant education or equivalent work experience

• You communicate clearly and well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

• Driving license B
